Cheesy Pasta with Sweetcorn

  1. Cream- 1/2 Cup
  2. Grated Cheddar- 1 Cup
  3. Penne Pasta- 150g
  4. Sweetcorn (Boiled or cooked)- 1 Cup
  5. Salt- According to taste
  6. Black Pepper- According to taste
  1. Pour the pasta in a pan and fill it with cold water until the pasta is submerged.
  2. Put some salt and cook the pasta until done.
  3. Drain the pasta and let it cool.
  4. Take a saucepan and add cream. Cook the cream on medium heat.
  5. Once you see the bubbles, add cheese to it and stir it continuously until it melts.
  6. Add sweetcorn and mix well.
  7. Now add the pasta, salt and pepper.
  8. Cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
  9. Garnish with cheese, coriander and black pepper.
  10. Serve immediately.
  1. If you have a bit of time, you can bake it in the oven to give it a lovely golden crust.
